Straight answers, before you decide
Silver is not in the same category as gold — and the Prophet ﷺ himself wore an engraved silver ring (Sahih al-Bukhari). Scholars do differ on silver beyond the ring, so if it weighs on you, ask a scholar you trust.
Our pieces are silver-tone metal rather than sterling silver — and the red and black versions are cord, not chain, for anyone who would rather not weigh it up at all.
No. Ali (ra) is the cousin of the Prophet ﷺ and one of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs — honoured across the whole ummah. Zulfiqar flew on Ottoman standards and appears in Sunni calligraphy from Morocco to Indonesia. It is shared heritage, not a sectarian badge.
Yes — everything here is adjustable. The ring has an open back you ease to your finger; the cord tightens with a sliding knot and the chain has a 5 cm extender. Nothing to measure, nothing to guess.
Water won't harm it — just dry it after. For wudu the water must reach the skin underneath, so if the ring sits tight, turn it while you wash. Takes a second and removes the doubt.
The ring and the bracelet were drawn as one piece cut in two. Both carry the same Arabic inscription of Zulfiqar worked into the metal. Worn together, the blade runs from your hand to your wrist.
What’s included
- The Zulfiqar Ring — open wrap band, 10.5 mm wide, adjusts to any finger
- The Zulfiqar Bracelet — inscribed 37 mm blade, adjusts to any wrist
- Choose which bracelet comes in your set: silver chain, crimson cord or black cord
The set costs less than buying the two pieces separately. Free worldwide shipping, tracked. Order before 21:00 and it leaves the same day.

The words are on the blade
The blade is not blank. Running along it, worked into the metal, is the Arabic inscription that gave this sword its name — the same words that have followed Zulfiqar through a thousand years of Islamic art.

لَا فَتَى إِلَّا عَلِيّ وَلَا سَيْفَ إِلَّا ذُو الْفَقَار
Lā fatā illā ʿAlī, wa lā sayfa illā Dhū al-Fiqār
“There is no hero but Ali, and no sword but Zulfiqar.”
Words remembered from the Battle of Uhud — and they are on the piece itself, worked into the metal rather than printed on top. Look closely at the photos and you can follow the letters.

What our brothers and sisters say
Honest answers to honest questions
We would rather you buy with a clear heart than buy in doubt.
Short answer: silver is not in the same category as gold. What is narrated as prohibited for men is gold and silk. Silver is not named alongside them.
More than that — the Prophet ﷺ himself wore a silver ring, engraved with three lines. It is recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari. A man wearing silver is not a modern liberty; it is Sunnah. All four schools permit the silver ring for men.
Where scholars genuinely differ is silver beyond the ring — chains and bracelets. Some restrict men to the ring alone; others permit modest silver adornment. Both are serious, respected positions, and we are not going to hand you a fatwa from a product page. If it weighs on you, ask a scholar you trust.
One more honest note: our pieces are silver-tone metal, not sterling silver, so for several of the stricter opinions the question does not even arise.
And for anyone who would rather not weigh it up at all — that is exactly why the black and the red exist. Those are cord bracelets, not silver chains. Same blade, same meaning, no chain on your wrist.
For our sisters: this question is about men. Silver and gold are both permitted for women.
No. Not even close.
Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra) was the cousin of the Prophet ﷺ, the husband of Fatima (ra), the fourth of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, and one of the ten given the glad tidings of Paradise. He is not a sectarian figure. He is loved and honoured across the entire ummah.
Neither has Zulfiqar ever belonged to one group. It flew on Ottoman battle standards for centuries. It appears in Sunni calligraphy, on mosque doors, on manuscripts and tilework from Morocco to Indonesia. It is shared Islamic heritage, not the badge of one madhhab.
And what the shape stands for — courage that protects instead of oppresses, loyalty that does not bend — belongs to nobody exclusively. Alhamdulillah, the people wearing ours are Sunni, Shia, reverts, and brothers and sisters who simply love the history. Nuralsaif was built for all of them.
It was never a symbol of violence. It is a symbol of standing up.
Ali (ra) is not remembered for how many he defeated. He is remembered for what he refused to do — for his restraint, for protecting the weak, for walking away from an insult he could easily have answered.
That is what goes on your wrist: strength that is under control.
The finish is sealed, so it does not flake and it does not stain skin under normal wear.
Two things shorten the life of any piece like this: perfume sprayed directly onto it, and being left wet. Spray first and put it on after; dry it when it gets wet. That is the whole care routine.
Orders leave us within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days depending on your country, and tracking is sent the moment it ships.
